Job summary

Inn of the Mountain Gods seeks a Non-Gaming Revenue Auditor to verify Non-Gaming resort transactions, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in revenue reporting. You will work with V1, Agilysys, and Sirius systems to detect errors and support corrective actions.

The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to obtain a gaming license; tribal preference is noted. Prior experience in auditing or related business areas is desirable, with proficiency in Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year audited or related business experience required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and data-entry required.
• Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work required.
• Demonstrated record of dependability required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license; Mescalero Apache Tribal preference, bicultural experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit Non-Gaming transactions in V1, Agilysys, and Sirius systems for accuracy and completeness.
• Report discrepancies or errors to supervisory staff for correction or adjustment.
• Maintain daily Revenue spreadsheet for input into the Financial Accounting system.
• Reconcile daily soft count cash drops to system generated reports.
• Maintain daily spreadsheet reporting all cashier over/shorts.
• Adhere to regulatory, resort, departmental, casino policies and procedures, and the Casino Internal Control Structure.
