ShopRite of Ramsey, NJ is seeking a Non-Foods Manager to direct and supervise all functions of the Non-Foods Department and its associates. You will strive to achieve sales, profit, customer experience, and associate engagement under the guidance of the General Store Manager.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong English communication, basic math skills, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and leadership to engage a team while maintaining safety and presentation standards across the department.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Stand/walk for full shifts.
• Able to lift 25 lbs regularly and 60 lbs occasionally.
• Able to use basic computer functions.
