About the Job

The School of Mathematics at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, occasionally needs to hire employees on a temporary and/or casual basis throughout the year. These positions involve a variety of nonacademic and/or academic work responsibilities in a temporary or casual work schedule.

• Temporary: Limited to 67 or fewer days of work in a calendar year.
• Casual: Limited to working 14 or fewer hours per week; not limited to 67 days of work per year.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

1. Collaborating with School of Mathematics faculty and/or staff to facilitate ongoing projects (50%)
2. Gathering and analyzing data (50%)
