Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a full caseload of construction litigation insurance defense matters.
- Provide guidance and oversight to junior attorneys.
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients and insurance carriers.
- Ensure high-quality, timely case handling and reporting.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in civil construction litigation insurance defense.
- Active New York Bar admission (required).
- Strong ability to independently manage cases without supervision.
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior attorneys.
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Substantial trial experience.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
