Job summary

Veyo is seeking Non-Emergency Medical Drivers in the Houston area. You will use your own 4-door vehicle to transport patients to medical appointments on a flexible schedule. Earn up to $25 per hour with weekly payments and no hidden fees.

Sign-up bonuses and local requirements apply; background checks and drug screenings may be required. Applicants should have a valid Texas driver’s license, insurance, registration, and be proficient in English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have at least 3 years of driving history in the U.S.
• Have a clean driving record.
• Have a valid Texas driver's license.
• Have valid Texas vehicle registration.
• Have valid Texas vehicle insurance.
• Own a 4-door vehicle, 2006 or newer (no pickup trucks or coupes).
• Own an iPhone or Android smartphone.
• Be proficient in English.
• Be able to pass a background check.
• Be able to pass a drug screening where applicable.
• VeyoRide recommends having a rideshare endorsement.
• Houston Only: Certification from the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services in Reporting Suspected Abuse or Neglect of a Child

Responsibilities

• Drive passengers to healthcare appointments using your own vehicle.
• Open the Veyo Driver App, accept trip requests, and complete pickups and drop-offs.
• Maintain flexible hours and control how much you drive.
• Follow safety and background check requirements while providing service to the community.
