Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Part-Time Driver to provide non-emergency medical transportation for Medicaid and Medicare members in Avondale, AZ. You will use a mobile app to accept and complete ride requests and ensure safe, punctual service.

Responsibilities include transporting patients to appointments, assisting passengers to stay comfortable and safe, and keeping the vehicle clean and dependable while delivering compassionate, reliable care to the community.
