Job summary

The VIOS Clinic in Phoenix seeks drivers to transport individuals to healthcare appointments using their own vehicle. You will accept trip requests via the driver app, pick up clients at scheduled locations, and ensure safe drop-offs at medical appointments.

Requirements include being 21+, a valid license, owning a 4-door vehicle from 2006 or newer, smartphone access, and passing a background check. Most trips occur between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Own a 4-door vehicle from 2006 or newer.
• Possess valid insurance and registration.
• Own a smartphone (iPhone or Android).
• At least 3 years of driving experience.
• No more than two violations or accidents in the past 3 years.
• Pass a background check (no felonies in seven years).
