Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health is seeking drivers to transport individuals to healthcare appointments in the Phoenix area. You will use your own vehicle, enjoy flexible hours, and earn by completing trips through the driver app.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Minimum 3 years driving experience in the US.
• No more than two moving violations or accidents in the past three years.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and registration.
• A 4-door vehicle from 2006 or newer.
• Own a smartphone (iPhone or Android).
• Pass a background check (no felonies in the past seven years).

Responsibilities

• Accept trip requests via the driver app.
• Pick up clients at scheduled locations.
• Safely transport them to their appointments.
• Repeat the process for ongoing earnings.
