Job summary

The ideal candidate will have healthcare/homecare experience, a business-related degree, strong communication, and bilingual Spanish/English abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or homecare.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or associate degree in a related field.
• Experience in home care, case management or similar role preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of Nevada home care laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial in-home assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Match clients with qualified caregivers based on needs, preferences and scheduling.
• Provide ongoing oversight and support to clients and caregivers with routine check-ins.
• Monitor and update care plans based on client condition or feedback.
• Ensure services remain compliant with Nevada non-medical home care standards and agency policies.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation per HIPAA and state requirements.
• Address client concerns or incidents promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with scheduling and HR to ensure proper staffing coverage.
• Educate clients and families on available services and set expectations clearly.
