Job summary

Providence Swedish in Edmonds, WA is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join the perioperative nursing team. Under RN guidance, you will perform indirect perioperative tasks for diverse patient populations and support transport, second assisting, and technical leadership.

The role is part-time, on-site at Swedish Edmonds, with compensation in the hourly range shown. Prior acute care surgical tech experience and state registration are required, with CST preferred.

Overview

Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, the Surgical Technologist participates as a member of the perioperative nursing team and performs indirect perioperative tasks for pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients undergoing surgical and endoscopy procedures. The Surgical Technologist may be assigned to transport patients, provide second assisting, and serve as a technical expert for a surgical service.
