West State Street in Salem, WV is seeking a Nursing Unit Assistant to support patient care and enhance service quality. This role focuses on non-direct patient duties that enable the care team to deliver optimal outcomes for residents.

• Report changes in patients' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
• Make unoccupied patient beds.

• Ensure patients are ready for scheduled rehabilitation therapy and transports them to the rehabilitation area.
