Job summary

Tuscan Dairy Farms, a DFA brand, is seeking a dependable NON-CDL yard truck driver to safely shuttle trailers, move between buildings and loading docks, and support day-to-day farm operations. This role emphasizes reliability, safety, and teamwork on a night-shift schedule.

Core schedule is 9 PM–8 AM with benefits including 401(k) company contributions, paid vacation, and opportunities for internal advancement within the DFA network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One-year related experience preferred.
• Valid Driver License with a clean driving record
• 21+ years of age
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Ability to push, pull and lift to 55 pounds
• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays
