Job summary

Tuscan Dairy Farms, a DFA farmer-owned brand, seeks a dependable NON-CDL yard truck driver to safely operate shuttles moving trailers between buildings and loading docks. Core schedule is 9 PM – 8 AM; work is on-site with a friendly team and opportunities for growth within the dairy family.

Pay starts at $29.88 per hour with benefits including a 401(k) match, paid vacation, holidays, uniforms, and internal career advancement. Requires a valid license and ability to pass screenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Valid Driver License with a clean driving record.
• 21+ years of age.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to push, pull and lift to 55 pounds.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate yard shuttles to move trailers between buildings, staging areas and loading dock doors.
• Build positive relationships with team members and work with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Support operations by moving trailers as needed and meeting company needs and expectations.
