Job description

IMMEDIATE OPENING - We are in need of a local delivery truck driver. We sell nursery items such as trees and shrubs as well as bulk items such as barks, soils, and gravels. You will be responsible for loading all of these materials and delivering in Utah county, Salt Lake county, as well as surrounding areas. Need ability to lift 50 pounds and ability to move 100 pounds. You may also be utilized in the yard during slower delivery days.

Other duties as necessary.

Responsibilities

Customer service and good communication skills

Safety and high awareness of surroundings

Comfortable with operating and backing up larger delivery trucks

Operate heavy equipment to load material

Qualifications

No CDL required

Drug testing on-site

General Drivers license

18 years or older

Heavy equipment experience with front-end loaders and skid steers

Punctual

Must be able to obtain a medical card

Pay depending on experience.
