84 Lumber Company is hiring a full-time Truck Driver to deliver materials to customer job sites, operate forklifts, and maintain a safe, organized lumber yard. A valid state driver’s license and clean driving record are required; must be at least 21 and able to read and speak English.

The role offers steady hours with OT potential and includes comprehensive benefits. Typical work involves loading, unloading, communicating delays, and ensuring on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public.
• Provide an annual copy of your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and a list of violations or the certificate as required by FMCSA.
• Be physically qualified to drive a CMV under FMCSA.
• Not be disqualified to drive a CMV under FMCSA.
• Have completed a driver’s road test and hold a valid certificate.
• May be required to have a CDL depending on truck/hauler.
• May be required to have a Medical Exam certificate or card.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Building loads for delivery and unloading freight including lumber and building supplies.
• Forklift training, certification, and operation.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and well-organized lumber yard and warehouse.
• Communicating delays or discrepancies with management.
• Other duties as assigned.
