Hales Sand & Gravel, a CRH Company, is seeking a Full Time Driver/Delivery-Non CDL in Utah. You will operate dump, end, and belly dumps, delivering aggregates and asphalt to residential and commercial sites. The role requires safe operation and precise time/material records.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of related experience, plus a valid CDL Class A endorsements and a DOT Medical Card. Strong radio communication and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years related experience or training.
• CDL Class A with endorsements and a valid Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Operate end dumps and belly dumps safely and efficiently.
• Deliver aggregates, asphalt and materials to residential and commercial sites.
• Keep time and material records; follow verbal and written instructions.
• Communicate effectively on the radio; connect/disconnect pup trailer.
• Maintain safety and quality while meeting delivery schedules.
