Job summary
Staker Parson Companies, a CRH company, is hiring for a skilled Truck Driver to operate transfer and dump trucks, including pup trailers, delivering aggregates and asphalt to residential and commercial sites in Utah and beyond. The role emphasizes customer-focused service, safety compliance, and adherence to CRH policies.
A CDL Class A with required endorsements, a valid Medical Card, and 1–2 years of related experience are expected.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination
- Valid CDL Class A with double/triple and air brake endorsements
- Valid DOT Medical Card per DOT standards
- One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent
- Incident-free driving record preferred; may be subject to drug/alcohol testing
Responsibilities
- Operate end dumps and/or belly dumps safely and efficiently.
- Keep time and material records.
- Follow verbal and written instructions.
- Know different types and sizes of aggregates.
- Maneuver and back with pup trailer.
- Communicate effectively on the radio.
- Connect and disconnect pup trailer.
