Job Overview

We are seeking drivers to transport general freight to various clients safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include regular cleaning of truck interiors for Covid-19 safety protocols and planning routes considering traffic and road conditions. The goal is to enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring timely deliveries. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and be capable of driving a 26ft box truck with lift gate capability.

Responsibilities

• Map out efficient driving routes in advance.
• Pick up inventory as scheduled.
• Stay updated on traffic and weather conditions.
• Adjust routes to avoid delays.
• Lift heavy loads as required.

Requirements

• Mandatory identity check, criminal background check, DMV driving record, employment verification.
• Knowledge and experience driving a 26ft box truck.
• Compliance with ELD logging requirements.
• Proven driving experience and a valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record and NYSDOT Medical certification.
• Familiarity with truck GPS devices and local roads.
• Ability to lift heavy loads.
