Job summary

VPNE Parking Solutions LLC is seeking an entry-level Non-CDL Shuttle Driver to safely transport employees and customers between parking facilities and designated areas. You will uphold safety standards, ensure vehicle cleanliness, and represent the company with professionalism.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks and DOT-related certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• DOT Medical Clearance Card and DPU Certification required.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees and customers between parking facilities and designated areas.
• Maintain safety standards and update vehicle maintenance schedule.
• Follow all traffic laws and posted speed limits.
• Ensure all passengers are authorized to board the Shuttle.
• Maintain a set schedule to minimize delays.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Convey information concisely to managers and passengers via shuttle radio or in person.

Position Summary

As a member of VPNE’s growing transportation division, the role of the Non-CDL Shuttle Driver is to safely transport employees and customers from parking facilities to their designated areas. The CDL Shuttle Driver will always provide exceptional service and safety and ensure the vehicle is cleaned and maintained and meets company standards and brand representation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards at all times while transporting employees to their designated areas.

• Ensure the vehicle meets all safety requirements and update the maintenance schedule.

• Follow all traffic signs/laws and maintain posted speed limits.

• Ensure all passengers are authorized to board the Shuttle.

• Maintain a set schedule to ensure delays are at a minimum.

• Ensure each passenger has a positive experience and that any issues are resolved or escalated to a member of authority promptly.

• Extend the Exceptional Care philosophy at all times.

• Inform and relay all necessary information, concisely and professionally, to Managers and passengers, whether in person or via Shuttle radio.

Years of Experience: Entry Level

Language Skills: Proficient in English, both verbally and written

Education Requirements: High School Diploma/GED

Licenses required: Driver's License

Certificates required: Updated DOT Medical Clearance Card; DPU Certification

• Possess the manual dexterity to operate a Shuttle bus safely

• Driving record must meet company standards
