Job summary

Encore is seeking a delivery driver in Tempe, AZ to ensure timely goods delivery and accurate order verification. You will drive and load/unload items in vehicles under 26,001 lbs, maintain routes, and uphold safety.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication with dispatch, and adherence to vehicle maintenance and safety standards. Responsibilities include equipment handling, inventory support, and performing daily vehicle inspections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• GVWR under 26,001 lbs driving experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Clean driving record; reliable and safe driver.
• Basic computer skills and GPS routing proficiency.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate with teamwork and brand representation.

Responsibilities

• Drive Encore owned, leased, or rented vehicles under 26,001 lbs GVWR.
• Maintain routes and schedules to meet customer expectations.
• Load and unload goods; review orders for accuracy.
• Ensure contents are secured and perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Provide superior customer service and communicate with Dispatcher as needed.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment as required.
• Support maintenance and appearance of vehicles; report damages or violations.
