Job summary

Target Specialty Products is seeking a Delivery Driver in Tempe, AZ. You will transport products to customer locations, assist with warehouse tasks, and operate box trucks and flatbeds to ensure on-time, safe deliveries.

Role includes loading/unloading, order picking, documentation, and customer interaction while maintaining safety and compliance with DOT regulations. CDL B and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required or pursued as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL-B preferred for some routes.
• Experience in delivery driving and warehouse tasks a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport products to customer locations with on-time delivery.
• Assist with loading/unloading and picking/packing in the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and customer signatures.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and perform basic inspections.
• Provide courteous customer service during delivery interactions.
• Adhere to DOT rules, safety policies, and report issues promptly.
