Job Summary:

The non-CDL Driver will operate a Sweeper Truck at commercial shopping centers and retail centers. Responsibilities include operating the sweeper to scheduled stops, emptying trash cans, blowing off walk areas, picking up trash, and sweeping parking areas. During winter, the role involves operating a salt truck for salting and deicing, performing ice checks, and possibly snow shoveling and plowing. The position requires walking 3-5 miles a night, using large leaf blowers, and handling trash weighing up to 50 pounds.

Work Shift:

5 days / 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM; Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned routes independently.
• Operate and inspect parking lot sweeping equipment safely.
• Perform outside cleaning, trash removal, and debris pickup, walking more than 3-4 miles per night.
• Wear provided PPE, uniform, and boots.
• Apply salt and deicers during winter, inspect for ice, and perform snow removal as needed.
• Use loaders to load salt into trucks (training provided).
• Review routes, stay proactive, and ask questions for clarity.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of night shift work experience.
• Valid US Driver's License and good driving record.
• Must obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Pass employment and random drug tests.
• Ability to read GPS, use a smartphone, and lift 50 lbs.
