Non CDL Parking Lot Sweeper & Salt Truck Driver Night Shift

Job Summary:

The non-CDL Driver will operate a Sweeper Truck at commercial shopping centers and retail centers. Responsibilities include scheduled stops, trash collection, blowing off walk areas, and parking lot cleaning. During winter, the role involves salting, de-icing, snow shoveling, and plowing. You will walk 3-5 miles per night and handle equipment like leaf blowers and salt trucks.

Work Shift:

5 days/week, 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM; Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and inspect Sweeper Trucks and other equipment.
• Perform outdoor cleaning, trash pickup, and debris removal.
• Apply salt and deicers during winter, inspect for ice, and perform snow removal as needed.
• Use PPE, wear uniforms, and follow safety protocols.
• Review routes, work independently, and communicate as needed.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of night shift work experience.
• Valid US Driver's License and good driving record.
• Must obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Pass employment and drug tests.
• Ability to read GPS, use a smartphone, and lift up to 50 lbs.
