Job Summary:

The Non CDL Driver will operate a Sweeper Truck at commercial shopping centers and retail locations. Responsibilities include operating the sweeper to scheduled stops, emptying trash cans, blowing off walkways, picking up large trash, and cleaning parking areas. The role requires navigating traffic, being organized, logging information accurately, and safely getting in and out of the truck multiple times per shift.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will be provided a planned route and will be responsible for completing your work independently.
• You will operate parking lot sweeper equipment, inspecting it daily for safety.
• You will work outdoors, sweeping shopping plazas or parking lots, using leaf blowers, changing trash bags, and walking 3-4 miles per shift.
• You will be provided proper safety equipment (PPE) and need to wear work attire including pants, a long-sleeve shirt, and boots.
• Review assigned routes and ask questions if any instructions are unclear.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Good Driving Record
• Ability to pass employment and random drug tests
• Ability to follow directions and read maps
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally
• Proper work attire: pants, a shirt with short sleeves, and work boots
