Job summary

Hire Up Staffing Services is seeking a dependable Non-CDL Driver/Warehouse Associate in Toledo, OH. The role splits time between warehouse duties and local vehicle deliveries, with some weeks focused on warehouse tasks and others on driving.

You’ll pick, pack, and stage orders, operate forklifts and RF scanners, and ensure safe loading/unloading of cargo. A valid Non-CDL license and DOT Medical Card are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional driving experience.
• Valid Non-CDL driver's license (Class C, D, or E).
• Must be 21 years of age or older (insurance requirement).
• Current Medical Examiner's Card (DOT Medical Card) required.
• Clean driving record with no moving violations.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and shipments.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse.
• Assist with inventory control and general warehouse duties.
• Safely operate company vehicles for local deliveries and pickups.
• Complete local deliveries (typically under 250 miles per day).
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Keep company vehicles clean and report maintenance concerns promptly.
