Job description

As a Driver, you are a vital team member in the distribution of our products. We will provide all the necessary training and tools to help you excel in this role safely. This position also includes warehouse duties such as order entry at the sales counter, stocking shelves, shipping products, and loading trucks. It is a physically demanding role that requires helping load and unload bundles of shingles weighing 80 to 100 pounds each on a continuous basis.

Qualifications:

1. Have a non-CDL Driver's License.
2. Be 18 years of age or older.
3. Conduct site inspections to unload products safely, complete paperwork, participate in training and team meetings, and learn all you can to be a valuable team member.
4. Able to load and unload bundles of shingles weighing 80 to 100 pounds each on a continuous basis.
5. Driving Record: No more than 2 moving violations or accidents in the last 3 years; no license suspensions in the last 5 years for driving-related reasons.
6. No DUI or DWI record in the last three years; receiving a DUI or DWI while employed is not acceptable.
7. Overtime hours may be available during busy times on weekdays and Saturdays.
8. Additional skills such as conveyor belt, knuckle boom, forklift, and Moffett experience are a plus.
9. Be reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player.

11. Have reliable transportation to and from work.
12. Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
13. Must sign the Substance Abuse and Testing Policy applicable to CDL drivers as mandated by FMCSA.
14. Must submit to pre-employment drug screening and pass a criminal background check.
