What does a Non-CDL Driver do at Swire Coca-Cola?

As part of our distribution team, you will ensure customer satisfaction by transporting our great-tasting products safely and promptly to our customers. You will pick up and deliver product in the back-stock area designated by retail partners at each location along your daily route. You will also check-in and retrieve any product set aside for return to the sales center. This role offers a stable, growing company and a local route that allows you to stay close to home.

Job Details:

Schedule: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $26.85/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Follow all safety procedures during the course of the day, driving to and from the Sales Center to customer locations on route
  • Deliver store orders safely, efficiently, and productively to resupply customer inventories
  • Accurately check store delivery inventory against invoiced quantities with the warehouse/backroom manager
  • Verify truck inventory against load-out report and return inventory against load-in report
  • Maintain back rooms/back stock areas in a safe and accessible formation within the assigned storage area
  • Pick up and return pallets, shells, and assigned products at each delivery location
  • Train for your CDL

Requirements:

  • CDL A permit required
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as directed by the business
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
