QXO, Inc. is hiring a Non-CDL Driver in Colorado Springs to safely deliver materials to customer locations and job sites.

The role combines driving with hands-on loading, unloading, and verification of deliveries, requiring a safety-focused, reliable, and customer-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will hold a valid driver’s license, be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card within 30 days, and bring forklift experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card within the first 30 days.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Prior experience in direct customer interaction.
• Effective communication with colleagues, vendors, and customers.
• Adaptability to diverse environments and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with traffic laws and policies.
• Deliver materials to job sites and customer locations on time.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Verify materials, quantities, and delivery details.
• Obtain required documentation like signatures or POD.
• Maintain delivery logs and complete paperwork.
• Interact professionally with customers and job site personnel.
• Address questions or concerns to ensure a positive delivery experience.
• Load, unload, and secure materials to prevent damage during transport.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, or corrections as needed.
• Support warehouse or yard operations, including staging and organizing materials.
• Follow safety policies and use of PPE.
• Report accidents or unsafe conditions promptly.
• Perform additional duties to support operations.
