Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a motivated Non CDL Driver to join our Transportation team. You will operate and maintain non CDL company vehicles, deliver orders, and document records.

The role requires at least 21 years old, a valid non CDL license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds. One year of route experience and the ability to communicate clearly with customers are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be age 21+ with a valid non CDL driving license and a clean driving record.
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.
• At least one year of route transportation experience preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 70 pounds and handle up to 350-pound bins.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain non CDL company vehicles following safety and regulatory procedures.
• Deliver customer orders and complete paperwork accurately, loading, transporting, and routing without assistance.
• Collaborate with operations and customers to ensure high service levels and smooth delivery/retrieval processes.
