Job Summary: The Non CDL Driver will operate a Sweeper Truck on commercial shopping centers and retail centers, performing tasks such as sweeping, trash removal, and ensuring safety and cleanliness of parking areas during overnight shifts starting between 8pm and 9pm.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing pre-inspections of the Sweeper Truck.
• Operating the air sweeper to remove debris.
• Navigating to and from multiple stops safely.
• Completing assigned tasks efficiently and maintaining quality standards.
• Reporting equipment issues and refueling at shift end.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs.), stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods.
• Focus and safety awareness, use of safety equipment.
