Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Non CDL Driver for a Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:30pm shift. The role focuses on driving 26’ box trucks, touching freight, operating a forklift, and maintaining safety standards to keep the supply chain moving smoothly.

Full benefits and competitive pay start at $25.75 per hour with overtime after 40 hours. Qualified candidates have at least 6 months of relevant driving experience, are 21+, and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 6 months of driving experience operating the same type of equipment needed for this position, or larger, in the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A current valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbeds).

Responsibilities

• Drive 26’ box truck in and around the site or on public roads.
• Touch freight.
• Operate a forklift.
• Drive safely and adhere to all safety policies and practices.
• Perform routine inspections.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch.
