Job summary

GXO is seeking a CDL Driver for the 1st Shift (Mon–Fri) 5:30 am to 2:00 pm. The role involves driving a 26ft box truck on-site and off-site with no touch freight, and requires a current CDL and a safe driving record.

Qualifications

• 6 months of driving experience on the same type of equipment, or larger, in the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A current valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbeds) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive 26ft Box Truck in and around the site or on public roads
• No touch freight
• Drive safely and adhere to all safety policies and practices
• Perform routine inspections
• Communicate effectively with dispatch
