Job summary

Brown-Wilbert, Inc. in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Non-CDL Driver for full-time, year-round work delivering and setting burial vaults and preparing graveside services with care and professionalism.

You will drive company vehicles, set up graveside equipment, work with funeral directors and families, and maintain vehicles and work areas. Weekend work is required, with premium rates on Saturdays and Sundays: Saturdays time-and-a-half at $42.53/hour, Sundays double-time at $56.70/hour, and weekend

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; no CDL required.
• Ability to lift up to 90 pounds and work outdoors year-round.

Schedule & Weekend Pay

Weekend work is part of this position. Applicants must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays as needed.

• Saturdays: Time-and-a-half-$42.53/hour
• Sundays: Double-time-$56.70/hour
• Weekend premium rates apply regardless of hours worked during the week.
• Work 4 or more hours on Saturday and earn 1 hour of comp time, available for use as PTO or paid out at year-end if actively employed.
