Job summary

Brown-Wilbert, Inc. in Morris, MN is seeking a full-time Non-CDL Driver/Manufacturer. You will transport and set up funeral equipment, drive service vehicles, and assist in the manufacturing area while maintaining a professional presence for grieving families.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Responsible for transporting and setting up funeral equipment at services, cemeteries, and related locations. Duties include driving service vehicles, setup of chairs, tents, and other items, and ensuring respectful, professional presence during services. Maintains vehicles and equipment, follows safety and decorum standards, and provides courteous support to grieving families and guests. This position also requires filling downtime with assisting in the manufacturing area.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive service vehicle to transport funeral equipment
• Set up chairs, tents, and other equipment at funeral or graveside locations
• Assist with moving caskets and floral arrangements as directed
• Maintain clean and service-ready vehicles and equipment
• Follow all safety, confidentiality, and etiquette standards during services
• Support funeral directors and staff as needed during services
• Understanding of concrete manufacturing helpful

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must pass drug test and physical
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (90+ lbs)
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Sensitivity and respect for grieving families
• Prior funeral or service setup experience preferred but not required
• Must be team player, picking up rotating shifts on weekends (1.5x wage Saturdays, Double Sundays) and work on the floor when needed
