Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a dependable Non-CDL Driver/Laborer to support daily operations by transporting employees, materials, and equipment to and from job sites. This role involves driving company vans or buses and assisting with loading and unloading, as well as supporting warehouse, yard, or craft activities as needed.

The ideal candidate prioritizes safety, punctuality, and customer service, with the ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays based on business need.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate vans, buses, and other non‑CDL vehicles.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety and reliability.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vans, buses, or other non‑CDL vehicles to transport employees to and from project sites.
• Follow designated routes and schedules while complying with all company policies and traffic regulations.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing materials, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate transportation logs and vehicle records as required.
• Support yard, warehouse, and craft operations during non‑driving periods.
• Assist with material organization, inventory movement, and housekeeping activities.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment by following all safety procedures and standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• 50% driving, 50% labor
