TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Indianapolis North is hiring Drivers immediately. No moving experience is required — we hire for attitude and train for skill. Drivers start at $20/hour + tips, with automatic raises every six months up to $24/hour after two years.

This position offers paid training, 100% of tips kept, medical, dental and vision insurance, paid vacation after 60 days, and both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.

• Able to drive a 26-foot moving truck after training.

Responsibilities

DRIVER PAY

• Start: $20/hour + tips
• 6 months: $21/hour + tips
• 1 year: $22/hour + tips
• 1.5 years: $23/hour + tips
• 2 years: $24/hour + tips

What You'll Do

As a Driver/Mover, you’ll work with a team to help customers through one of life's biggest transitions — moving.

• Safely drive a 26-foot moving truck
• Complete daily truck inspections
• Move, load and unload customers’ belongings
• Pack and unpack household and business items
• Complete paperwork with customers
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a team

What We're Looking For

For Driver positions:

• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• No CDL required
• Comfortable driving a 26-foot moving truck after training

For all positions:

• Dependable and ready to work
• Positive, professional attitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work well on a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to safely lift and carry heavy items, including items weighing 100+ lbs. with assistance and/or proper equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to complete required pre-employment screening

Experience in general labor, warehouse, construction, landscaping, roofing, manufacturing, delivery, truck driving or other physical jobs can be helpful, but it is not required.
