Job summary

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Indianapolis South and Indianapolis North are hiring Drivers immediately. No moving experience is required — we hire for attitude and train for skill. Start at $20/hour plus tips, with automatic raises every six months up to $24/hour after two years.

Paid training provided; 100% of tips go to you. Full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling are available.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Good driving record.
• No CDL required.
• Comfortable driving a 26-foot moving truck after training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete required pre-employment screening.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (100+ lbs.) with assistance and/or proper equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a 26-foot moving truck.
• Complete daily truck inspections.
• Move, load and unload customers' belongings.
• Pack and unpack household and business items.
• Complete paperwork with customers.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a team.
• Help make moving day easier for customers.
