Hire Up Staffing Services is seeking a Non-CDL Delivery Driver in West Palm Beach, FL. The role requires operating a 24-ft flatbed, performing safe deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.

The position is temp-to-hire with a roughly 6:00 AM–3:00 PM schedule, Monday–Friday, and pay of $23/hour. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of delivery or commercial driving experience, a valid Non-CDL license and a clean driving record, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional delivery or commercial driving experience.
• 3–5 years of experience preferred.
• Valid Non-CDL driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Clean driving record with no significant moving violations.
• Able to lift and handle up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 24-ft flatbed truck and complete deliveries.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials at destinations.
• Use liftgate and material-handling equipment as needed.
• Follow delivery schedules and maintain reliable arrival times.
• Communicate delivery updates or issues to dispatch.
• Obtain customer signatures or confirmations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Keep vehicle clean and report maintenance needs.
• Adhere to DOT requirements and traffic laws.
