Lake Welding Supplies is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our West Palm Beach team. You will be responsible for delivering household goods to clients, representing our values with respect and courtesy to customers and employees.

This role is ideal for someone self-motivated and energetic who aims to provide top-notch customer service and confidently handle daily on-the-job scenarios.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL with HazMat endorsement and a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive multiple types of vehicles, e.g., box truck and express van.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Must be able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and routes.
• Follow route and schedule.
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks when needed in various conditions.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Must be able to lift and move 50–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• 1 Year of delivery driving experience required


• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and different routes


• Follow route and schedule


• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle


• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a variety of weather and traffic conditions


• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards


• Must be able to lift and move a minimum of 50 to 100lbs.
