Job summary

Canada Dry, a proud member of The Honickman Companies, is hiring Non CDL Drivers to join our Springfield, Virginia team. You’ll deliver beverages to stores on an assigned route, load and unload, and build relationships with customers while staying active and home daily.

We offer weekly earnings of $750–$1,000+ with a daily rate plus commission, overtime opportunities, and full benefits through the Union (medical, dental, vision).

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of commercial driving experience.
• Clean driving record meeting DOT standards.
• Experience with pallet jacks, dollies, and delivery equipment.
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to stores and customer locations on an assigned route.
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
• Organize your route and ensure timely deliveries.
• Stock and merchandise products when needed.
• Handle invoices and collect payments when required.
• Build strong relationships with customers on your route.
