Job summary

White Cap in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our team and help build America’s skyline while delivering materials to customer jobsites.

This role follows DOT safety rules, coordinates manifests, and may assist warehouse staff with orders. We offer competitive pay, strong benefits, generous time off, and opportunities for growth.

Preferred candidates have 2–5 years of delivery experience and a valid vehicle endorsement supported by a safety-first culture at White Cap.

Qualifications

• Valid license endorsements for class of vehicle being operated.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites.
• Follows DOT regulations in vehicle maintenance and safety.
• Ensures manifests and paperwork are accurate.
• May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.
• Performs other duties as needed.

A Non-CDL Driver at White Cap…

• Coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites.
• Follows DOT regulations in accordance with vehicle maintenance and operates with a strong sense of safety.
• Ensures that manifests and all paperwork are accurate.
• May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.
• Generally has 2-5 years of experience.
• Possesses or can obtain a DOT medical card.
• Performs other duties as needed.
