Job Title: Driver

We are committed to the personal and professional growth of our team members. We reward safety and will provide training in your current driving position, as well as opportunities to learn warehouse operations and customer relations.

As a Driver, you are a vital team member in distributing our products. We will provide all necessary training and tools to help you excel safely. This position is physically demanding and requires helping load and unload bundles of shingles weighing 80 to 100 pounds each, continuously.

Qualifications:

• Have a non-CDL Driver's License.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Conduct site inspections, unload products following safety standards, complete paperwork, participate in training and team meetings, and continuously learn to be a valuable team member.
• Able to load and unload bundles of shingles weighing 80 to 100 pounds each, on a continuous basis.
• Driving Record: No more than 2 moving violations or accidents in the last 3 years; no license suspensions in the last 5 years for driving-related reasons.
• No DUI or DWI record in the last 3 years; receiving a DUI or DWI while employed is not acceptable.
• Overtime hours may be available during busy times on weekdays and Saturdays.
• Skills a plus: Conveyor belt, knuckle boom, forklift, and Moffett experience.
• Reliable, safe, and a team player.

• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must sign Substance Abuse and Testing Policy as mandated by FMCSA.
• Must submit to pre-employment drug screening and a criminal background check.
