Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Non CDL Driver to join the Transportation team. You will safely operate a company vehicle and provide excellent customer service while handling and delivering customer orders.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining non CDL vehicles, delivering orders with accurate paperwork, and collaborating with the operations team and customers to ensure a high level of service and seamless delivery and retrieval.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with a valid non CDL driving license.
• At least one year of route transportation experience (preferred).
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds and handle bins up to 350 pounds.
• Strong customer service and clear verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain non CDL company vehicles following safety and regulatory procedures.
• Deliver customer orders and complete paperwork, loading and routing without assistance.
• Collaborate with operations and customers to ensure high service levels and seamless delivery.

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Non CDL Driver to join our Transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a company vehicle and providing excellent customer service while handling and delivering customer orders.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Operate and Maintain: Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company non CDL vehicles, strictly ensuring adherence to all security and regulatory procedures.

• Deliver and Document: Deliver timely customer orders and prepare accurate, complete paperwork and records, including loading, transporting, and driving the route without assistance.

• Collaborate for Service: Collaborate with the operations team and customers to ensure a high level of customer service and a seamless delivery and retrieval process

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum Age and License: Minimum age of 21 with a validnon CDL driving licenseand a consistently good driving record. Successfully meet the background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.

• Route Experience: At least one year of route transportation experience (preferred).

• Physical requirements: The ability to lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull bins from 25 to 350 pounds (average 170 pounds). Carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs and ladders. Walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.

• Communication Skills: Strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices and demonstrable skills in customer service and clear verbal communication.
