Job description

As a Driver, you are a vital team member in distributing our products. We will provide all necessary training and tools to help you succeed safely. This is a physically demanding position that involves helping load and unload bundles of shingles weighing 80 to 100 lbs each, continuously.

Qualifications:

• Have a non-CDL Driver's License.
• Be 18 years or older.
• Conduct site inspections to unload products safely, complete paperwork, participate in training and team meetings, and learn all aspects of the job.
• Able to load and unload shingles weighing 80 to 100 lbs regularly.
• Driving Record: No more than 2 moving violations or accidents in the last 3 years; no license suspensions in the last 5 years for driving reasons.
• No DUI or DWI in the last 3 years; violations are not acceptable during employment.
• Overtime hours may be available during busy times on weekdays and Saturdays.
• Additional skills such as conveyor belt, knuckle boom, forklift, and Moffett experience are a plus.
• Reliable, safe, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Adopt the "Make Money and Have Fun!" culture.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must sign Substance Abuse and Testing Policy as mandated by FMCSA.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
