Staffmark seeks a reliable Non CDL driver in Lexington, KY to perform local deliveries on a 4‑day work week with a 6:00 AM start. The role includes home daily, potential overtime, and weekly pay. Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a 26' refrigerated box truck on local delivery routes.
• Deliver wholesale food products to restaurants, grocery stores, and food service customers.
• Unload products at customer locations using a hand truck/dolly.
• Complete approximately 10-16 delivery stops per route.
• Move products from the truck to designated receiving areas.
• Complete delivery paperwork and customer documentation accurately.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain excellent customer service while interacting with customers at delivery locations.
• Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations.
• Report vehicle, equipment, or delivery issues promptly.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Previous box truck, straight truck, route delivery, or food service delivery experience preferred.
• Experience operating a 26' reefer box truck is a plus.
• CDL A or CDL B license preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and delivery skills.
• Ability to safely navigate local delivery routes and manage multiple stops throughout the day.
• Good driving record with a clear MVR required.
• Comfortable completing delivery paperwork and using handheld scanning devices as technology is implemented.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining safety and service standards.

Driving Requirements

• Valid driver’s license required; CDL A or CDL B preferred.
• Must have a safe driving record and meet company driving standards.
• Ability to operate a 26' automatic transmission refrigerated box truck.
• Comfortable driving trucks equipped with forward-facing, driver-facing, and cargo area cameras.
• Must be available for a rotating 4-day work week schedule operating Monday through Saturday.

What You Will Do

As a Non CDL driver you will safely operate vehicles to transport goods, materials, or equipment while following established routes, schedules, and safety regulations. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain required documentation, communicate with dispatch or customers as needed, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining a professional appearance and commitment to customer service.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods while safely operating a vehicle.
• Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift, move, or secure freight and materials when required by the assignment.
• Ability to perform vehicle inspections and work safely in varying weather and road conditions.

Preferred Experience

• Previous professional driving, delivery, transportation, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating commercial vehicles, delivery trucks, box trucks, or tractor-trailers is beneficial depending on the assignment.
• Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELDs), GPS navigation, routing software, or transportation documentation is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate dependability, professionalism, and a commitment to safety are well positioned for success as a Non CDL driver.

The Non CDL driver is responsible for operating vehicles safely while transporting products and materials according to established schedules and delivery requirements. This position requires sound judgment, strong driving skills, and a commitment to protecting people, cargo, and equipment.
