Job description

As a Driver, you are a vital team member in the distribution of our products, and we will provide all the training and tools necessary for you to excel in this job safely. This position is physically demanding, requiring you to help load and unload bundles of shingles weighing 80 to 100 pounds on a continuous basis.

Qualifications:

• Have a non-CDL Driver's License.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Conduct site inspections to unload products following safety standards, complete paperwork, participate in training and team meetings, and learn all you can to be a valuable team member.
• Able to load and unload bundles of shingles weighing 80 to 100 pounds continuously.
• Driving Record: No more than 2 moving violations or accidents in the last 3 years; no license suspensions in the last 5 years for driving-related reasons.
• No DUI or DWI record in the last three years; receiving a DUI or DWI while employed is not acceptable.
• Overtime hours: Weekday and Saturday overtime available during busy times.
• Additional skills such as conveyor belt, knuckle boom, forklift, and Moffett experience are a plus.
• Reliability, safety consciousness, and teamwork are essential.

• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must sign Substance Abuse and Testing Policy as mandated by FMCSA.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
