Position Purpose

The Delivery Driver Non-Regulated role is essential for ensuring the prompt, reliable, and professional delivery of products to business customers, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position requires individuals to manage product delivery tasks, including verifying order accuracy, securing loads, and addressing customer interactions with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional communication and time management skills, ability to handle physically demanding tasks, and maintain a clean driving record along with a valid U.S. driver's license, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products by adhering to scheduled routes and following the company's standard operating procedures to maximize customer satisfaction.

Travel Requirements

The Delivery Driver role at the Company requires local travel to various client locations on a daily basis to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products, with occasional additional travel as needed to meet customer demands and operational objectives.

Physical Requirements

The position of Delivery Driver in the Company involves both dynamic and physical elements customary to delivery and office-based operations. This role requires the ability to perform tasks such as sitting for extended periods while driving, standing, walking, bending, and lifting products up to 25 pounds regularly. Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Education

An Associate degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field is preferred to enhance delivery efficiency and customer interaction.

Minimum Years Of Work Experience

Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a related position is highly preferred.

Certifications

Defensive Driving Certification preferred to enhance safety and compliance standards Certification in Professional Customer Service preferred to ensure exceptional client interactions
