Job summary

Carter Lumber is seeking a Delivery Specialist in Ohio to transport orders to customers using our company vehicle. You will ensure timely deliveries and deliver friendly, professional service while meeting daily schedules.

When deliveries slow, you may assist in the Yard to achieve weekly hours. Growth opportunities exist within a growing, family-owned company that values reliability and customer care.

Qualifications

• Previous delivery experience, preferably with building materials, furniture, appliances and other large items that need to be handled with care
• An acceptable driving record (some states require a chauffeur, class C or class D license)
• Familiarity with building materials and delivery equipment is preferred
• Ability to be a team player
• A friendly, customer-service-driven personality

Description

As one of our Delivery Specialists, you will be responsible for transporting orders to customers in a safe and timely manner using a company vehicle.
