Job summary

Ferguson is hiring an onsite Driver/Delivery Associate in Fayetteville, NC, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. You will deliver materials, assist with loading/unloading, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and support warehouse tasks while following safety policies.

Eligible for benefits, overtime, and driver incentives. The role requires a valid license, DOT medical card, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a Valid Driver's license.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to the customer, including loading and unloading and ensuring delivery with ticket.
• Pickup customer returns, validate product match for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including PPE, with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
