Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Previous delivery, warehouse, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
• General understanding of warehouse procedures and material handling.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with measurements and units.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Professional and courteous customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work throughout the day.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely navigate uneven or slippery surfaces.
• Must be able to regularly lift 60+ lbs, with occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while driving as well as stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb as needed.
• Must be comfortable working around warehouse equipment, vehicles, and moving machinery.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company box truck to transport electrical materials, parts, and finished products to customers and job sites.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials using a liftgate, hand truck, pallet jack, or other equipment as needed.
• Provide professional and courteous service when making deliveries and assisting customers.
• Plan practical delivery routes and manage time efficiently throughout the day.
• Complete required driver documentation and maintain accurate vehicle and delivery records.
• Assist with warehouse operations between deliveries, including receiving, stocking, pulling orders, staging materials, and preparing shipments.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.
• Verify materials are received, stored, picked, and shipped accurately.
• Build and maintain pallets or skids according to shipping requirements.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely after appropriate training.
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse projects.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Report equipment or vehicle issues when identified.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
